Delivery Coverage Area  

  • Shipping services are available across all serviceable pin codes within India    
     
  • International shipping is currently not offered  

Order Processing Timeframe  

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation    
     
  • Processing timelines do not include weekends or public holidays    
     
  • Once processing is completed, a confirmation email containing order details will be sent  

Estimated Delivery Time  

Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location    

Failed Delivery Attempts  

Delivery may be unsuccessful due to:  

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer    
     
  • Absence of the recipient at the delivery address    
     
  • Refusal to accept the shipment  

In such cases, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-shipment of the order.    

Damaged or Missing Deliveries  

  • If an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence    
     
  • In the event that an order is lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be processed after verification with the courier service provider
