Cancellation Policy  

 

At Divaadorns, managed by Mindwave Solutions, we strive to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience. In this policy, the terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Mindwave Solutions, while “you,” “your,” and “user” represent our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order for men’s or women’s accessories. The guidelines below explain how cancellations are handled.    

Cancellation Prior to Dispatch  

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever occurs first    
     
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team via email    
     
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  

Orders That Have Been Shipped  

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled    
     
  • After delivery, items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy  

Order Modifications  

  • Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed after an order is placed    
     
  • To make any changes, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order placed
