- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned intact
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support
- Products failing to meet these requirements will not be accepted for return
How to Request a Return
- Submit a Request: Email your return request with the Order ID and reason for return to mindwavesolutions58@gmail.com
- Provide Evidence: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear images to help speed up the review
- Follow Return Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive detailed guidance to complete the return
